Terms and conditions of use
The Bunkbarn should be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Additional charges will apply in the case of extended stay.
NO PETS allowed.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the bunk barn at any time. No naked flames.
Rowdy, drunken, or other anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.
Children under 16 years old must be supervised by adults at all times.
Please note that Fireworks are not allowed, this is a working farm.
It is expected that in any party of persons aged 18 or younger there will be a
designated leader aged 21yrs or over to accept full responsibility for the
group.
The bunkhouse must be left as found please clean and tidy prior to your
departure, Cleaning materials are provided.
Boots, wet/muddy clothing, equipment and bikes are not allowed in the main
bunkhouse, please use boot racks provided in downstairs entrance & shower room.
Bikes are not permitted inside the bunk barn they are your own responsibility &
we recommend you bring a lock & store in shed provided.
Boots and wet/muddy clothing should be washed outside and then dried off
downstairs not in the bedrooms.
Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and where not an acceptable
accident must be paid for.
When in our opinion damage is deliberate
or reckless the whole group may be evicted without notice, no fees will be
refunded.
We reserve the right to enter and inspect the premises at any time prior to your
departure.
The bunk barn is on a working farm & thus there may be animals & machinery
offering additional risk. All dogs must be kept on a lead when on farm land &
children supervised at all times. Please obey all warning signs & do not
trespass sheds or pens. Both gates must be kept closed to the driveway at ALL
times.
Liability
At any time during your stay, when using the bunk barn or on Pantcefnyffordd
Farm premises we accept no liability for death or
injury neither to any persons, nor for loss or damage to personal property or
equipment, including vehicles. Nor do we accept responsibility for loss or
expense incurred due to delays or changes in travel services, due to sickness,
the weather, or for any other reason.
Insurance
In your own interest we strongly recommended you take out adequate insurance
cover against personal accident or injury, loss and breakage of personal
property and equipment, and any cancellations.
Cancellation
At least
21 days notice of cancellation is required to
receive full refund of deposit. Half deposit will be refunded
if notified within 15-20 days of
expected arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellations within 14
days of expected arrival date.
Please note recording CCTV cameras are operating on the farm premises.
